Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh said that 132 KV transmission line from Draba to Poonch (Chandak) was damaged in September-2014 flashfloods. He added route alignment of transmission towers is to be shifted to secure places as per technical feasibility.The Deputy Chief Minister said this while replying to a question by Yashpal Sharma in the Legislative Council today. Dr Singh said that a Detailed Project Report (DPR) amounting to Rs 25.42 crore has been prepared and is under examination from techno-economic and commercial point of view. He further said that the work on the line is to be taken up as per approval.
