Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Kumar Singh informed the House that out of 12 electricity feeders feeding Wachi constituency, only one feeder namely Zainapora feeder of receiving Station Chitragam is metered, that too partially. The total number of consumers on Zainapora feeder is 1165 and total number of metered consumers on this feeder is 849 (73%).He further informed the House that this partially metered feeder does not qualify for metered consumer power supply programme as per present curtailment schedule, where under uninterrupted power supply is being provided to 100% metered areas/feeders during summer.Dr. Singh was replying to a Calling Attention Notice by Mr. Aijaz Ahmad Mir in Legislative Assembly.
