Kundal distributes Relief Cheques at Samlah Samba

MLA Samba, Yash Pal Kundal accompanied by  DDC   Samba R.K  Varma and Assistant Commissioner (Rev) M.Y Malik today   distributed cheques to the beneficiaries of flood affected families whose houses have been damaged during the monsoon by incessant rainfall/flash floods  at Samlah.While addressing the gathering, Kundal said that main aim of organizing this camp is to provide help to the beneficiaries at the door step without facing any difficulty. He also appreciated the work of district administration of Samba in preparing relief cases by framing various committees by the District Development Commissioner, Samba. Earlier, Assistant Commissioner (Rev) M.Y Malik briefed about the relief camps organized by the administration. It was informed that this was the eighth relief distribution camp and similar types of camps will also be organized at other places very soon in order to distribute the relief Cheques to the affected families under SDRF. Among others, Tehsildar, Sarpanchs, Panchs and large number of people attended the function.
