To ensure early redressal of problems faced by public living in the upper reaches of Banihal, Minister of State for Technical Education and Power Mr Vikar Rasool Wani today started two days foot march of Neel area and laid foundation stone of Food store Druptamorah Neel worth Rs 40 lakhs. During his on foot visit Vikar Rasool visit Gagernaag the last corner of the area and directed the officials of Rural Development and PHE to work hard for the implementations of Govt schemes in these backward areas so that the people can be benefitted.
While addressing a mammoth gathering there Vikar Rasool said that his keen interest is to bring government at the door step of people so that public issues can be settled down among the common man. He assured the public that development of Neel valley is on priority and the promises made by him were given practical shape in phase manner.He said the construction work of PHC building and construction work of remaining portion of BohardaarBhatto road will be started soon as the funds have been already sanctioned. Minister also announces the construction work of community hall at Bhatoo Neel, Transformer for Topan village and Foot Bridge for Bohardaar. He said that complete electrification of the area was a dream which he turned into reality.
