A meeting to ensure cent percent implementation of Aadhar project and its progress in the District till date, a high level meeting was today held here with Deputy Commissioner in chair.The DC instructed the concerned to utilize their available men and machinery for speeding up the enrolment of eligible citizens so that they can get much needed Aadhaar cards well in time.It was given out in the meeting that target of 7.30 lakh persons has been fixed for preparing Aadhaar cards out of which the photo graphs of 6 lakh persons have been captured and 5.52 lakh Aadhaar cards have been issued.The DC stressed upon all the officers to work in close co-ordination so that the implementation of the National project is ensured and registration of all eligible citizens is reflected in National population register.
