The District Development Commissioner, Baramulla today convened a meeting of officers of various department to review the arrangements Eid-ul-Zuha.During the meeting the District development Commissioner, urged upon the officers to provide every facility to the people on the eve of Eid ul Zuha.The District Development Commissioner directed the PHE and PDD authorities to ensure uninterrupted power supply and Water supply. He instructed to Municipal authorities ensure cleanliness around the Mosques, Eid Gahs and link roads of Eid Gahs and Mosques. The District Development Commissioner directed CA&PD department to ensure adequate essential commodities and its supply to the people of the district before the festival. She directed RTO Baramulla to make available transport facilities for the people of the district.During the meeting the District Development Commissioner directed to Animal Husbandry department to ensure availability of chickens, sheep and goats on their sale centre, and outlets in the district so that the people will not face any problems. He directed to SDMs and Tehsildars of the district for regular inspection of markets in their respective areas for curbing black-marketing and illegal profiteering
