A function was organised to commemorate first anniversary of Kashmir floods at Qaziabad, Langate Monday which was attended by large no. of people hailing from different walks of life.Speaking on the occasion speakers condemned the criminal and biased attitude of New Delhi for completely leaving victims at the mercy of miseries and alleged that New Delhi doesn’t treat Kashmiris its own citizens.According to a statement issued to KNS, speaking on the occasion, Er Rashid said that it is not only shameful but the drama being staged by PDP and NC over flood victims since last year has given Delhi an escape route. Er Rashid said “Neither New Delhi has provided rehabilitation package at the pattern of Uttrakhand nor has allowed any international organisation or the neighbouring country to offer assistance to ill fated Kashmiris. Modi govt. left no stone unturned in humiliating Kashmiris and adding salt to their injuries. The irony of the matter is that despite Mufti offering his free services to implement RSS agenda in Jammu and Kashmir, Modi and his team seem in no mood to accommodate Kashmiris”. Er Rashid asked world community to take strong note of India’s complete negligence towards the flood victims and should persuade India to allow international aid for the last year flood hit victims.
