National Front chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, while paying homage to the martyrs of Rafiabad and Handwara said that those who challenge the military might of India are the real torch bearers of the ongoing freedom struggle.In a statement issued to KNS, spokesman of National Front said that Khan termed the martyrs as the real heroes of the freedom loving people of Jammu and Kashmir and said the “great sacrifices of the martyrs will be protected at any cost”.Khan, as per the statement, paid rich and glowing tributes to Riyaz Ahmad Mir who was killed at Ladoora Handwara. He said that Riyaz Ahmad Mir fought till end and gave a clear message that Kashmiris will prefer death on surrender. Remembering the martyrs of Velgam Handwara, Nayeem Ahmad Khan said that they too kept the torch of resistance burning by their precious blood. Nayeem also remembered all the martyrs of Kashmir and said that the sacrifices of martyrs would not go waste.
