The world can improve and embellish itself if we follow the path shown by saints by their word and deed. Their words are full of nectar for which the whole world seems to be thirsty. Saints distribute this nectar tirelessly through their behaviour based on love, truth and peace.
While addressing Nirankari volunteers at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan Sec. 30-A , it was informed by Shri Mohinder Singh Ji , Sanyojak , Sant Nirankari Mandal Chandigarh told that it was observed by Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj, Head of the Sant Nirankari Mission, while addressing the 66th Annual Nirankari Sant Samagam here the three-day Samagam was attended by lakhs of devotees of the Sant Nirankari Mission from India and abroad.His Holiness said that people run after worldly objects and are prepared to downgrade and slander others. They do not care for the nectar being distributed by saints; they prefer the poison of hatred and jealousy and go on distributing the same.Baba Ji said that the message of saints is always universal and for the welfare of one and all. In this Samagam also, devotees sought to give the same message through different languages in different ways. Even their own spirit of cooperation and selfless service was exemplary. No doubt, authorities came forward to provide all kinds of amenities but the contribution made by Sewa Dal volunteers and other devotees was far greater. Their humility provided them inner strength which was appreciated by one and all. They never cared for praise or anything else by way of reward. In this way, they gave the Mission’s message through action.
Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj said that the Samagam sought to emphasize human values like love and tolerance. Humanity is considered as the true religion here. Unlike elsewhere in the world, religion here is not identified by dress or diet. It is the sacred cord of love that binds humanity together. Instead of piding people, true religion seeks to unite the mankind. Let us pray that every human being unites with Truth and leads a peaceful life based on love and tolerance. During the Samagam, His Holiness was presented Gandhi Sewa Medal on behalf of the Gandhi Global Family, a non-political organization dedicated to internationalize, coordinate and propagate the Gandhian Philosophy. Baba Ji said that the Award was an acknowledgement of the Mission’s contribution to promote human values and its service for the welfare of humanity. He said that every devotee of the Mission is the recipient of the Award for which he thanked the Gandhi Global Family.
