DDC Bandipora reviews dev projects

As many as 27 Road Projects were taken up at a cost of Rs. 70 crore under PMGSY in Bandipora district this fiscal, out of which 10 projects stand completed so far.This was stated during an officers meeting chaired by District Development Commissioner Bandipora, Mr. Sajad Hussain here today. The meeting reviewed the physical and financial status of ongoing projects taken up under R&B, Education, Health, PHE, Agriculture, Horticulture, Rural Development, Sports, Social Welfare, Animal Husbandry, Power and other sectors.It was given out that Dak Bungalow being constructed at Ayatmulla Bandipora is nearing completion and Rs. 3.20 crore have been incurred on it so far. 

Similarly, work on Dak Bungalow at Sumbal and Dawar Gurez will be completed soon. Work is also in progress on additional blocks of various schools taken up under District Plan as well as RMSA.The District Development Commissioner on the occasion enjoined upon the officers and agencies to accelerate pace of work on these projects and ensure that these projects are completed within the stipulated period.The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer Bandipora, Superintending Engineers of R&B & Power, besides officers of Housing Board, JKPCC, PMGSY, Health, PHE, Education, Sports, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture and other sectors.
