State Consumer Rights Day observed at Ramban

A programme to mark the State Consumer Right Day was organized at community hall Maitra Ramban.Additional District Development Commissioner Ramban Ravinder Kumar Sadhu was the chief guest on the occasion.Speaking on the occasion ADDC said that there are various consumer forums established at state and district levels to ensure that consumer rights are protected. He asked the consumers to be vigilant about their rights.Various PRI representatives spoke on the occasion about the right of consumers. They raised certain concerns and issues related to consumer rights.AD CAPD Ramban Ab. Rashid presented detailed of overview of the services being provided by the department for benefits of common masses. TSO Ramban Chamel Singh, PRI’s and large number of public gathering also participated in the programme.
