Dy CM attends funeral procession of Pawan Kumar at Abdullian

Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh today attended the funeral procession of Pawan Kumar S/o Ajeet Singh who died in the cross border firing on International border at Abdullian village in   R.S Pura.MLA R. S. Pura Dr. Gagan Bhagat and a large number of locals also attended the funeral procession.

Deputy Chief Minister interacted with the firing victims and enquired about their well being. He also directed the local administration to be on high alert and take   on spot assessment of the situation and take adequate measures to safeguard the people of the firing hit areas.The concerned authorities and Red Cross have been asked to provide immediate relief to the injured.Dr. Nirmal Singh also interacted with the locals and assured them that all possible measures have been taken to ensure full safety to the people living in border areas.
