Dy CM Dr. Nirmal Singh meets border firing victims at GMC

Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh today visited the Government Medical College Jammu and met the civilians injured  in the Pakistan  firing  on International border in   R.S Pura sector.He was accompanied by Member Parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma, MLA Suchetgarh Sham Choudhary, MLA R.S Pura Gagan Bhagat.Deputy Chief Minster was informed that 15 civilians injured in the firing have been admitted at GMC and are under treatment.Deputy Chief Minister interacted with the firing victims & enquired about their well being. He   directed the authorities to provide best treatment to them.He also directed the divisional administration to be on high alert and take   on spot assessment of the situation and take adequate measures to safeguard the people of the firing hit areas.The concerned authorities & Red Cross has been asked to provide immediate relief to the injured.
