Senior Hurriyat leader and Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement Chairman Zaffer Akbar Bhat Sunday described India's move to call off talks with Pakistan unfortunate and said that it vindicates the stand of Hurriyat leadership that New Delhi has a “confrontationist'” policy on Kashmir.“It is very unfortunate that Indian government has called off NSA level talks and by calling off the talks it has vindicated our stand that New Delhi never desired to resolve Kashmir peacefully," Akbar told participants of the meeting conveyed hurriedly by the party in Srinagar. He said that by calling of the talks, India has also exposed its confrontationist Kashmir policy due which Kashmir stands unresolved and threat to peace and stability of South Asia prevails.
