BJP Demands CBI Probe In Bopee Scam

On behalf of the Human Rights Cell of Bharatiya Janata Party, State BJP Incharge of Cells Sat Sharma (CA) filed a complaint with the State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) mentioning the Human Rights violations in the case of recently exposed scam of illegal selling of question papers by Ex Chairman of Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE). Sharma handed over the complaint to S.Amolak Singh, Chairman State Human Rights Commission in the presence of DSP SHRC Lazar Kandayray. In a press statement issued by Sat Sharma (CA), he said that we have filed a complaint with the Chairman, State Human Rights commission in this regard on 25th  November and we will see to it that culprits behind this shameful act are brought to task. 

Lambasting the Government servants who indulge into such activities Sharma stated that this has violated the Right to Education of Children and a matter like this should be thoroughly probed by a big investigating agency like CBI so that other accomplices involved in what appears to be a High Level Scandal are brought to justice. Sharma has also stated that the confession of the conduit against the Ex Chairman of the organization has shown another dark face of the society where thousands of students who studied hard day and night were left in vain after such a heinous act came out in public. He also said that adoption of such unfair means has triggered the bullet of doubts into the minds of public and questions have been raised against the methodology adopted by the Government organization to make upcoming Doctors and Engineers. Sharma appealed to the Chief Minister through media to order a High level  probe into the scam and also appreciated the work of Crime Branch in the case. Sat Sharma (CA) was also accompanied by State Secretary BJP Munish Sharma, Mandal President Ayodhya Gupta, Bawa Sharma, Rakesh Mishra, Puran Sharma, Karan Sharma and Mohan Singh Rana when he was handing over the complaint to SHRC officials.
