Deputations meet MoS Finance, IT

With a view to listen to the grievances and problems being faced by the public, Minister of State for Finance and Information Technology, Pawan Gupta met various deputations from different parts of Udhampur district here today.The deputations from Pakhlai, Salada and Karcha areas of Udhampur district apprised him about various problems being faced by them.Deputation from Pakhlai area apprised the Minister about the dilapidated condition of the road connecting the area and demanded its early repair. The deputation from Salara informed the Minister about low voltage problem and deputation from Karcha demanded regular supply of ration in their area.Mr Gupta after giving a patient hearing assured the deputations that their genuine demands will be fulfilled in a phased manner.Directing the concerned officers to take necessary steps for ensuring early redressal of the grievances of the public, Mr Gupta said that government is committed to provide improved basic facilities to the people of the state.
