The Punjab government has promoted three Medical officers as Deputy Directors in the health department with immediate effect.Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the government said that Dr. Purshotam Goyal, Dr. Vinod Kumar and Dr. Vimla Aggarwal have been promoted as Deputy Directors. They would be on one years’ probation, he said.Meanwhile, as per another order, four Senior Medical Officers, Dr. Devinder Kumar, Dr. Ramesh Kumari, Dr. Harish Malhotra and Dr. Sushil Dogra have been posted as Zonal Malaria Officer Jallandhar, ACS Kapurthala, ACS Patiala,and SMO Bungal Badhani and Senior Consultant in District Hospital Pathankot respectively against vacant posts.
