Govt releases Rs. 37 cr for salary of FMPHWs: Lal Singh

Minister for Health and Medical Education, ARI and Trainings, Ch Lal Singh today said that Government has released Rs. 37 crore for the salary of FMPHWs of Health and Family Welfare Department borne on CSS (Plan).The Minister was speaking at a function while interacting with FMPHWs at Kathua, here today.Ch Lal Singh asked FMPHWs to work with dedication and ensure best medical facilities to the people. He said it is the prime duty of the every Health official to be responsive and prompt towards patient care.Ch Lal Singh directed the hospital functionaries to depute at least 15 to 20 staff members including medicos and paramedical in night duty hours so that the ailing people do not face any inconvenience. He said Government is working on a comprehensive plan to upgrade all the far flung hospitals of the State at par with city hospitals.
