VC Jammu University calls on Governor

Prof. M. P. S. Ishar, Vice Chancellor, Jammu University, called on Mr. N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan here today.During the meeting, the Governor, who is Chancellor of the Jammu University, discussed with Prof. Ishar various important issues relating to the progressive functioning of the varsity.The Vice Chancellor also briefed the Governor about the to-date status of the various arrangements being made for the Indian Science Congress which shall be held at the Jammu University on 3rd - 7th February, 2014.
