Gul reviews functioning of RDS

Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir, Legislative Assembly, Mubarak Gul who is also the chairman of Rural Development Society (RDS) has urged upon the members of the society to make aware people about the welfare schemes being run by the Government so that the maximum people would be benefitted.This was stated by the Speaker while reviewing the functioning of the society here today. Mr. Gul asked the members to reach out the people in their respective areas and ascertain their problems and intimate the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell to address their issues. He said that government is committed to eradicate the poverty in the state besides addressing the problems of the people on priority. He asked the management of the society to activate the women wing of the society for the larger benefit of the society.

Speaker also asked them to establish campus in Shia dominated areas during the Muharram days.
