Inculcate moral values, discipline among students: Bhalla to teachers

Minister for Housing, Horticulture and Culture, Raman Bhalla has asked the teaching fraternity to impart quality education coupled with moral values to students ensure them a bright future.This was stated by the Minister after inaugurating S S Kids Care play way school at Lakkar Mandi in Janipur, here today.Managing Director of the school, Mr. Shazia Sheikh besides teaching and non-teaching staff members of the school was present on the occasion.Bhalla appreciated the management for opening of the school in the periphery locality of the Janipura area, adding that the school will facilitate the children with quality pre-schools thus giving them a strong foundation for a bright future.The Minister highlighting the role of the teachers and parents in the life of children, said a child is nourished by parents, while the teacher shapes his personality and gives his life a new direction. He asked the students community to work for unity and integrity of the country. Mr. Bhalla said alongside academic pursuit other activities provide an excellent opportunity for the youth to exhibit and develop their creative talents.Spelling out measures being taken by the government to expand the reach of education, Bhalla said that a number of measures have been taken by the present dispensation to provide education to economically weaker sections of the society.
