Palpora Qaziabad residents protest against PHE

The aggrieved residents of Palpora Qaziabad Handwara came out to roads and staged protest against PHE department for failing in providing water supply during the Holy month of Ramzaan.The residents shouted slogans against PHE department for shortage of drinking water. Protesters included youth, women, children, men, young and old citizens."We many times appraised the PHE authorities about the matter, however they failed to provide the water supply" locals told.They alleged that in this Holy month we are without basic essential like water facility."We once again appeal higher authorities to take notice of the matter and provide us water supply to the village. If authorities failed to do so threatened to lead protest against higher authorities." locals said.
