DDC Baramulla conducts Awami Darbar in Sopore

District Development Commissioner  Baramulla, Peerzada Mushtaq Ahmad Shah along with team of officers and engineers today conducted an Awami Darbar in Dak Bungalow Sopore. Issues related to basic facilities viz Health Services, Electricity, Water Supply, Traffic, roads, LPG and food supply were raised by civil society members for consideration of the DDC.

Responding to the demands the DDC assured the public representatives that allbasic amenities would be made available at their Door steps on priority. For this purpose, the concerned authorities were given instructions during the Awami Darbar.

On the occasion, the DDC directed officers that the schemes should be completed in a time bound manner so that people avail facilities under these schemes.Meanwhile, the DDC inspected various ongoing development projects including Sopore By Pass Bridge and reviewed the status of the project from the concerned agency.
