Dr. Mehboob reviews achievements of NRHM at Anantnag

To review the achievements under NRHM in district Anantnag, against an amount of Rs. 644.07 lakh, an expenditure of Rs. 545.02 lakh have been spent upto ending September, 2013 in the district under various schemes including JSSKY.This was stated in a meeting of officers held here under the Chairmanship of Member Parliament Dr. Mehboob Beig today. He was told in the meeting that the incentive for an amount of Rs. 1000 to urban beneficiaries and Rs. 1400 are given to rural beneficiaries at the time of delivery including three medical check-up, transportation and medicines.The Member Parliament also impressed upon the Engineers of R&B departments for macadamized the roads from K.P. Road to Anchidoora to Anzwala, Chechripora to Kamad and Daligam to Patibugh.The Member Parliament also directed the Engineers of Power Development Department for immediate repairs of damaged electric transformer at Kheribal so that the power supply can be restored within a stipulated time.Among others the meeting was attended by District Development Commissioner Anantnag, Dr. Farooq Ahmad Lone, Superintending Engineers R&B, Electric, Chief Medical Officers and all Block Medical Officers of the district.
