After an enquiry demand by younger son of ex HP CM Prem Kumar Dhumal, his elder son Anuraag too walked on the same rope. In a press conference in Dharamsala on Sunday Thakur demanded simultaneous enquiry into the same case and allegations against chief Minister, Virbhadra Singh and his wife for taking unsecured loan of Rs 4 crore from a private inpidual.Angry over his name being dragged on the  alleged hawala case, in which the name of Karmapa was involve ,the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Chief and Hamirpur MP Anurag Thakur fired on Virbhadra Singh led Congress government of Himachal Pradesh. “My name is being unnecessarily dragged into Karmapa case. I am ready for any probe be it Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or Judicial enquiry, and if chief minister was transparent in his functioning, he should also order a time-bound investigation into allegations against him,” added Anuraag .He said that the inquiry must  be completed before December 31,this year.

“I challenge the chief minister if he has the courage than initiate a probe into the Karmapa Hawala case and also Wakamulla case in which he and his wife was given three crore ninety lakh rupees” he added. Reacting over allegations  made by Ram Lal Thakur- a former congress minister,where Ram Lal  alleged that a fabricated case was registered against Dharamsala businessmen on the direction of previous Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) government headed by Prem Kumar Dhumal and his son Anurag Thakur to grab the 51-kanal involved in the case, Anuraag Thakur said that the Congress leaders should enquire from the center about the investigation reports.Thakur also raised finger over  Virbhadra Singh’s relations with Vakamulla Chandershekhar from whom he took loan of Rs. 4 crore, and questioned as if any favor was granted to Vakamulla in lieu of the loan.“On birthday even enemies also use to wish good messages but this

government has lost all the standards of the politics and the inquiry date has been changed from October 22nd to October 24th, which is my birthday day” said Anurag Thakur. Thakur said , “I have  cancelled all my  programs scheduled on October 24 and will appear before the vigilance bureau, as it is unique birth day gift to me  by HP Govt.” Over the  FIR registered against him for illegally buying allotted land from a landless, Thakur in 90% of cases of allotted land the beneficial have sold the land.
