Nazir Ahmed Gurezi for improvement of Education System in Gurez

Deputy Speaker Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Nazir Ahmed Gurezi has directed the Education authorities to work with utmost dedication and redouble their efforts to improve the educational standards in Tehsil Gurez.This instruction was given by the Deputy Speaker here today in a meeting convened with the officers of Education Department to take stock of educational scenario in Gurez Constituency.The meeting discussed various issues related to the education system of far-flung areas of Bandipora district especially Gurez.Threadbare discussion was held on the availability of teaching staff in schools, rationalization of the academic staff, development of infrastructure, filling up of vacancies of teachers, masters and other ministerial staff of High and Higher Secondary institutions in Malangam, Gojjran, Baktore, Kanzalwan, Zadgay and other places.Mr. Gurezi stressed upon the concerned officers to adhere to the Union Ministry of Human Resources and Development guidelines about the regularization of ReTs in Gurez so that the students of the area get benefited through educational system.The meeting was attended by the Joint Director Education, Kashmir, Joint Director Planning, Deputy Chief Education Officer, Bandipora and other officers of Education department.
