Dheri Dabassi a bordering area in Mendhar is without basic amenities and the people are living in adverse conditions in the area.Reports reaching GNS said that, forty families living along the border area of Dheri Dabassi are without drinking water and medical facilities.The electric transformer is also defunct from past two months.A local while talking to GNS said that, we are living in adverse conditions while the state government has completely ignored us. It is Indian army who is helping us out here.We are being deprived of our basic facilities by the government, while the Indian army is our lone saviour, who helps us from time to time to enable us to mitigate our hardships, another local said.
