Vigilance Nabs ASI Red Handed Accepting Bribe Of Rs. 30,000

Vigilance Bureau has today nabbed ASI Angrej Singh posted at Jaito red handed while accepting bribe of Rs. 30,000.Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the Vigilance Bureau said that ASI Angraj Singh was nabbed on the complaint of Balwinder Singh Sandhu resident of Kamra Patti, village Jaito. In his complaint Balwinder Singh Sandhu has alleged that a conflict was occurred between him and one another party. He said that with the meditation of village panchayat a mutual compromise was signed between the parties. 

He said that now ASI was demanding Rs. 40,000 as bribe in lieu of issuing compromise letter to Balwinder Singh Sandhu. At last Balwinder Singh Sandhu made up his mind to give Rs. 30,000 as bribe to the ASI for getting compromise letter. He complained against the ASI’s misdeeds to Vigilance Bureau.Acting on the tip off the complainant a trap was laid by the DSP Bathinda Bhupinder Singh and the ASI Angrej Singh was nabbed red handed while receiving the bribe of Rs. 30,000 form the complainant.
