BJP national Secretary Sh.Tarun Chugh today slammed Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi for unnecessarily attacking prime minister Narendra Modi and said that those claiming patents on Suit-Boot, Karl Marx and Samajwaad did nothing for the people of the country and were now attacking those who have performed much higher than expectations in less than a year.He alleged that Congress was creating obstructions in parliament mere for narrow political gains. He said that Rahul Gandhi, while talking of poor of the country forgets that the Congress has been in government at the Center and in the states for decades and did not deliver despite its popular 'Garibi Hatao' slogan.Hailing Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chugh said that the PM was in the process of launching two universal social security schemes namely Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna. He is also due to launch, on the same day, Atal Pension Yojna assuring monthly pension of Rs 1000 up to Rs 5000 per month to senior citizens who have attained the age of 60 years .These insurance schemes are for every citizen of India. The way the schemes have been designed will surely bring insurance to poor and deprived section of the society who could not get insured.

Detailing the schemes, Chugh said, under PMSBY by paying just Rs 1 per month an insurer can avail accident insurance worth Rs 2 lakhs. Similarly under PMJJBY by paying Rs 330 per annum one can get life insurance worth Rs 2 lakhs. Moreover under Jan Dhan Yojna, more then 12 crore Indians have opened their bank accounts.The underlying message of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to provide universal social security network particularly for the underprivileged and employment generation for the youths because BJP and their government believes in “”Saab ka Saath Saab ka Vikas and “Cooperative Federalism”.

Asking Rahul Gandhi to desist from petty politics and behave like a national leader, Chugh asked him why India had to wait for 51 years for Sh Atal Behari Vajpayee’s government to provide rural roads under Pradhan Mantri Grammin Sadak Yojna ?The BJP leader also asked Rahul why India had to wait for 67 years for Sh Modi’s government to open bank accounts for the poor under Jan Dhan Yojna?Chugh asked why India had to wait for 68 years for Prime Minister Modi to provide universal social security to Indians particularly keeping the farmers and poor in mind and why the unfunded Indians had to wait for Sh Modi to get funded under Mudra Yojna?
