Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Tuesday congratulated PDP's Mohammad Ashraf Mir after he defeated Abdullah in the Sonwar assembly seat."Congratulations to Ashraf Mir for his victory in Sonwar. I wish him and the people good luck for the next six years. He's now my local MLA," Abdullah said in a tweet.Sonwar is one of the two constituencies from where Abdullah contested the assembly election. While Peoples Democratic Party's Mir got 14,283 votes, Abdullah obtained 9,500.
