Taking a dig on Jammu and Kashmir politicians for filling up their coffers and indulging in mass scale corruption, Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) national president and close aide of Indian Prime Minister, Amit Shah Thursday said that Jammu and Kashmir has become the hub of corruption where hundreds of scams go unnoticed.Addressing an election rally at Banihal Railway Station, Shah lashed out at National Conference and Congress party leaders for propagating corruption in the state. “The poll affidavits filled up by these National Conference, People’s Democratic Party and Congress candidates  surprise and shock us all as they depict how much wealth they have amassed during all these years. Every candidate is worth crores of rupees. These politicians have grabbed central funds and have left people at the mercy of God,” Shah said.

Amit Shah according to CNS said that the ultimate motive of BJP is to put an end to dynastic hegemony in Jammu and Kashmir. “It is surprising that some leaders are ruling the state from the towers of London. The NC, PDP and Congress leaders are treating Jammu and Kashmir their fiefdom and BJP wants to put an end to their autocratic rule,” he said adding that most of the Minister in Jammu and Kashmir have turned out to be corrupt.“Look at the poll affidavits of BJP candidates and you will get an idea how much worth they are. They have not amassed movable and immovable property,” he added.

The policy maker of BJP appealed people to vote for the party in large numbers if they want development and complete integration of State with the rest of India. “Whether we will accomplish our mission 44+ or not, but one thing is sure that it is the dream of BJP to develop Jammu and Kashmir on all fronts. We will provide assistance to the State to mitigate the sufferings of the people who have suffered a lot at the hands of National Conference and Congress party,” Shah said.

Amit Shah who addressed a gathering of all but 2,000 people and was accompanied by cop turned politician Farooq Khan came down heavily on present State Ministers for leaving people of Kashmir at lurch during flood furry. “Can these Minister tell us where they were when floods hit Kashmir valley and wrought havoc. I am telling you that these Ministers had fled from the Valley and some were enjoying in government mansions,” he said and asked people not to support any party other than BJP. Refusing to comment on the BJP stand on Article 370, Amit Shah soon after the culmination of rally told reporters that an impression is being given that BJP has been distributing money to lure voters. He said all these allegations are baseless. “We want to win the hearts of people and not want people to be part of party for sake of monetary benefits,” he said. (CNS)
