Heavy fog creates disturbances in vehicular moments in Kashmir early in the morning. Bone-chilling cold coupled with dense fog added to the winter misery in parts of Kashmir today even as the mercury dipped further across the region.Thick fog in the plains threw traffic moments out of gear. In a meantime, the night temperature drops to 2.7 degrees Celsius in Srinagar city. The lowest so far this season.The minimum temperature of 2.7 degrees Celsius on Monday is the lowest recorded this season so far in Srinagar.
