PDP candidates file nomination papers

Nine Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidates filed their nomination papers for the first phase of elections to the state assembly on Wednesday all across the state.According to a PDP spokesman, the senior party leader Nizamudin Bhat filed his nomination papers from Bandipora constituency.  Bhat was accompanied by the party Chief Spokesperson, Naeem Akhtar on the occasion.Another senior PDP leader, Qazi Mohammad Afzal has filed his nomination papers from Ganderabal constituency.Mohammad Yasir Reshi, Bashir Ahmad Mir, Firdous Tak, Shahabul Haq, Dr Abdul Majeed, Haji Inayat Ali, Haji Ghulam Mohammad joined the fray from Sonawari, Kangan, Kishtawar, Doda, Inderwal, Kargil, Zanksar constituencies respectively.Meanwhile, Mehboob Iqbal, Bashir Ahmad Runiyal, Swami Rajbaghat had already filed their nominations on November 02, 2014.
