Badal Pats Rukmani Riar And Himashu Gupta Along With Others For Cracking IAS Exam

Punjab Chief Minister  Parkash Singh Badal today felicitated Miss Rukmani Riar from Hoshiarpur and  Himashu Gupta from Ludhiana who secured second and seventh rank respectively in the All India Civil Services Exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), along with others who successfully cracked this prestigious exam.Lauding the spectacular achievement of these brilliant candidates hailing from Punjab who have brought laurels to the country in general and state in particular, the Chief Minister said that their superb performance due to sheer hard work and perseverance in cracking this coveted Civil Service Exam would ever prove to be a source of inspiration to kindle the urge to excel others in their career especially the young aspirants targeting to achieve this rare goal. Meanwhile,  Badal also congratulated  Jashandeep Singh Randhawa,  Manohar Singh, Miss Harleen Kaur,  Mandeep Kumar Baatish, Miss Kanchan Garg and Dr Navjot Kaur Khosa besides their parents and other family members for this rare feat.
