1 dies, 4 hurt in road accidents

A boy died while four others were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley since last 24 hours.A police spokesman said a Tipper (JK03B /5628) hit and injured a boy Zahid Ashraf Mir son of Mohammad Ashraf of Bumthan near FCI Godown, Mirbazaar, Kulgam. The injured was shifted to District Hospital, Kulgam where he succumbed to his injuries.In another accident, a Tavera vehicle (JK03D/7819) met with an accident at Sukh Sarai Mughal road. The driver of the vehicle Zubair Ahmed Bhat resident of Gassipora Wanpoh was injured who was shifted to District Hospital, Shopian.

Meanwhile, an unknown load carrier hit and injured a 10 years old boy Irfan Ahmed Dar of Shalipora Kulgam at Gopal Pora, D.H Pora. The injured was shifted to District Hospital, Kulgam for.In another accident, an auto (JK15/2951) hit a motorcycle near Shilvath Sumbal, Ganderbal, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist Aijaz Ahmed Mir resident of Safapora and pillion rider. Both the injured were shifted to JVC Hospital, Srinagar. Police have registered cases in all the accidents.
