Education Minister Conducts Surprise Inspection of Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School in Sector-26, Panchkula

Haryana Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda today conducted a surprise inspection of the Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School in Sector-26, Panchkula. During the visit, he closely reviewed the cleanliness of the school campus, the teaching-learning environment in classrooms, and the basic facilities being provided to students.

During the inspection, the Education Minister visited classrooms, laboratories, the library and the playground. While expressing satisfaction with the overall arrangements in the school, he directed the authorities to further strengthen the cleanliness and sanitation standards. 

Sh. Dhanda said that the Haryana Government is fully committed to providing world-class facilities in government schools so that even the poorest children have access to quality education.Interacting with the teachers and administrative staff, the Education Minister said that teachers are the nation-builders. 

He directed the staff to adopt more effective, modern and innovative methods of teaching to provide students with a better learning experience. He said that teachers should incorporate new and engaging teaching techniques to ensure the holistic development of students and foster a natural interest in learning.

Emphasising the importance of sports alongside education, Sh. Mahipal Dhanda said that bookish knowledge alone is not sufficient and that students should actively participate in sports to become mentally and physically strong. 

He said Haryana is the land of sports, and it is from the State's schools that future Olympians and international sportspersons emerge.The Minister directed the school administration to continuously encourage children to participate in sporting activities and ensure that they are provided with the necessary resources and facilities.

Mahipal Dhanda said that the Model Sanskriti Schools were conceptualised with the objective of making the government education system better than private schools. He added that the State Government is giving special emphasis to capacity building of teachers and the development of infrastructure in these schools.
