Chairman Dalvir Singh Dhillon Inaugurates Aam Aadmi Clinics at Bamal and Dugni

Reaffirming the Punjab Government's commitment to providing free and quality healthcare services closer to people's doorsteps, Chairman Dalvir Singh Dhillon today dedicated newly established Aam Aadmi Clinics at villages Bamal and Dugni to the public. He said that under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is bringing about a historic transformation in the healthcare sector. 

With the dedication of 100 more Aam Aadmi Clinics, the total number of operational clinics across the State has reached 1,090. Marking another milestone in the Government's ongoing 'Sehat Kranti' (Health Revolution), this expansion has further strengthened Punjab's network of free and quality primary healthcare services. 

Chairman Dalvir Singh Dhillon said that more than 5.90 crore patients have so far availed OPD services at Aam Aadmi Clinics, while over 3.43 crore free laboratory tests have been conducted. He said that, along with the Chief Minister Health Scheme and significant investments in modern healthcare infrastructure, this initiative has transformed access to affordable and quality healthcare across Punjab. 

He added that the clinics are providing free medical consultation by qualified doctors, essential medicines and diagnostic laboratory tests, substantially reducing the out-of-pocket medical expenses of the people. Appealing to the public, Chairman Dhillon urged people to make maximum use of the free healthcare facilities available at these clinics and undergo regular health check-ups to lead healthier lives.

Among those present on the occasion were Zila Parishad Member Harjinder Singh Kanjhla, Chairman, Trade Wing, Dhuri Constituency, Pushpinder Sharma, Block President Surjit Singh, Block President Sukhdev Singh Bamal, Sarpanch Asgar Khan (Dugni), Khalid Khan (Dugni) along with members of the Gram Panchayat, Sarpanch Amritpal Singh of Ghanauri Kalan, Sarpanch Jagtar Singh Bamal, Jaswinder Singh Bamal and AAP leader Jagtar Singh Bagri, besides a large number of villagers.
