Every eligible individual must get their name registered in the voter list to strengthen democracy: Nayab Singh Saini

Chief Minister participates in a 'Tiffin Meeting' held at Devi Lal Colony in Manakpur Village, Pinjore

Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini said that every eligible citizen must get their name registered in the electoral roll to strengthen democracy. He said that, to support Booth Level Officers (BLOs), every political party appoints Booth Level Agents (BLAs), who assist citizens with voter registration and other election-related activities.

As part of this initiative, the party organized 30 tiffin meetings at Shakti Kendras across the state on Tuesday. The Chief Minister participated in one such meeting held at Devi Lal Colony in Manakpur village, Pinjore, where he held detailed discussions with BLAs and party workers on strengthening the organizational structure at the grassroots level.

Kalka MLA Smt Shakti Rani Sharma, District President Sh Ajay Mittal, Mandal President Sh Harish Monga, BJP BC Morcha District President Sh Sunil Dhiman, District Vice President Smt Pawan Kumari, Ward Councillor Sh Gulshan Thakur, and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.

Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini is making continuous efforts to fulfil Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi’s vision of providing a house to every family in the state. As part of this commitment, the Chief Minister is personally visiting the homes of beneficiaries to review the implementation of various government welfare schemes and obtain first-hand feedback on the benefits they are receiving.

Continuing this initiative, the Chief Minister on Tuesday visited the homes of two Scheduled Caste beneficiaries of the Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana-2, Smt Saroj and Smt Jayanti, and had a meal with them. Under the scheme, both beneficiaries have been allotted 30-square-yard residential plots in Manakpur village, located in Sector-28, Pinjore.
