Dozens of families from Bhagwanpura Nagar joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the presence of Punjab Cabinet Minister Aman Arora. The newly inducted families expressed their confidence in the party's people-centric policies and the development initiatives undertaken by the Punjab Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann. They also pledged their wholehearted support to the party.
Welcoming the new members into the party fold, Cabinet Minister Aman Arora thanked them for reposing their faith in the Aam Aadmi Party. He said that Bhagwanpura Nagar is not merely a locality for him but is like an extended family.
Recalling its history, he said that when the settlement was established, the residents unanimously named it "Bhagwanpura," and since then, he has shared a deep emotional bond with the area and its people. Aman Arora said that the decision of dozens of families from Bhagwanpura Nagar to join the Aam Aadmi Party is a clear indication that people are satisfied with the government's performance and wish to further strengthen the politics of development.
He added that, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government has taken several historic decisions and implemented numerous development projects over the past four and a half years for the welfare of every section of society, benefiting people across the state.
The Cabinet Minister further said that people are voluntarily joining the Aam Aadmi Party after witnessing the government's performance. He emphasized that this growing public support is not the achievement of any single individual but the result of the collective efforts of the party's leaders, workers, Sarpanches, and dedicated supporters.
He thanked all party leaders and workers for their continuous hard work and sustained engagement with the public, which has contributed to the party's steadily growing support base. He added that the Punjab Government would continue to pursue its agenda of development and public welfare with the same commitment and momentum and remains dedicated to fulfilling the aspirations of every section of society.
Senior party leaders, Sarpanches, Panches, party workers, and a large number of prominent local residents were present on the occasion.
