On the occasion, the Cabinet Minister inaugurated a newly constructed shed built at a cost of Rs 11 lakh and a newly constructed hall at the Chaupal, dedicating both facilities to the villagers.

Addressing the gathering, Sh. Ranbir Gangwa highlighted the life and teachings of Sant Shiromani Kabir Das, saying that his ideals continue to inspire social harmony, equality and humanity. He said great saints do not belong to any particular community or caste but to society as a whole.

Celebrating their birth anniversaries, he added, is meaningful only when people also follow their teachings. The Cabinet Minister urged society to protect the younger generation from social evils such as drug abuse and to empower them through quality education.

The Haryana Government, he said, celebrates the birth anniversaries of great personalities at the state level so that young people are inspired to follow the path shown by them. The Cabinet Minister said several development works are being undertaken across the Barwala Assembly constituency.

Good-quality roads have been constructed in Dhani Garan, while a sewerage line has also been approved for the village. A Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) will be established in the area shortly, he said.

During the visit,  the Cabinet Minister also inspected the village water works and reviewed the drinking water supply arrangements. He directed the concerned officials to ensure that villagers receive clean and adequate drinking water without any negligence.

He also instructed them to complete all maintenance and improvement works related to the water supply system within the stipulated timeframe. The Cabinet Minister said the state government is giving the highest priority to expanding basic infrastructure in villages, ensuring access to safe drinking water and promoting rural development.

The government's objective, he said, is to improve the quality of life in every village by providing better civic amenities, said Sh. Ranbir Gangwa. After the programme,  he also heard the grievances of local residents and directed the concerned officials to ensure their prompt resolution on a priority basis.

He said the timely redressal of public grievances remains one of the government's foremost priorities.
