Dubai Humanitarian and AGDA Partner to Strengthen Humanitarian and Diplomatic Collaboration

Dubai Humanitarian (DXBH) and Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA) today announced a strategic partnership, reinforcing the United Arab Emirates’ role as a global leader in humanitarian and diplomatic excellence through strengthened collaboration in knowledge exchange, capacity development, and institutional cooperation.
The agreement was signed by Giuseppe Saba, CEO and Board Member of Dubai Humanitarian on behalf of Dubai Humanitarian and by H.E. Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Dhaheri, Deputy Director General of the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy on behalf of AGDA. Under the agreement, both parties will explore a range of collaborative initiatives, including the development of joint training programmes, masterclasses, and workshops.
The partnership will also facilitate expert exchanges, guest speaker engagements, and the organisation of seminars, field visits, and discussions on topics of mutual interest. Regarding the signing of the agreement Giuseppe Saba said: “This partnership reflects our shared commitment to strengthening the global humanitarian ecosystem through strategic collaborations.
Building on our longstanding relationship with the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, it creates new avenues for knowledge sharing, capacity building, and thought leadership at the intersection of humanitarian action and diplomacy. In an increasingly complex operating environments, humanitarian diplomacy is essential to securing access and identifying effective channels for humanitarian assistance, ultimately enabling more effective aid delivery and humanitarian response efforts worldwide.”
For his part, His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Dhaheri said: “The value of this collaboration lies in its ability to move beyond traditional institutional exchanges and into practical, applied impact. By bringing together diplomatic insights and humanitarian expertise in a structured way, we are investing in capabilities that are increasingly essential to how the international community anticipates, responds to, and manages complex global challenges.”
