DDC Ayushi Sudan chairs Block Diwas at Glard

District Development Commissioner Samba Ayushi Sudan today chaired a Block Diwas at Panchayat Ghar Glard to hear public grievances and developmental concerns and ensure their prompt redressal. The DDC heard issues projected by the public relating to drinking water supply, power, road connectivity and other civic amenities, and assured residents that all genuine grievances would be addressed in a time-bound manner.

Departments and executing agencies concerned were directed to take immediate action for early resolution. Several grievances were resolved on the spot, while officers concerned were instructed to prepare an action plan for disposal of pending issues, particularly those related to water and power supply.

Departmental stalls were established to disseminate information on welfare schemes and public services. The DDC visited the stalls and directed officials to enhance public outreach and ensure effective implementation of government schemes at the grassroots level.

Among those present were Additional District Development Commissioner Champa Devi Thakur, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Ajay Bharti, Assistant Commissioner (Development), General Manager DIC, Executive Engineers of various departments, BSF officials, Block Development Officer, district and sectoral officers, PRI members, public representatives and a large number of locals.''
