Haryana’s Irrigation and Water Resources Minister, Mrs. Shruti Choudhry, said that the 12-year tenure of the Central Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been a matter of pride for the nation. During this period, significant changes in governance and several important public welfare initiatives have been implemented across the country.
Mrs. Shruti Choudhry visited a three-day exhibition organized by the Department of Information, Public Relations and Languages at the District Development Bhawan Hall in Rohtak to mark the completion of 12 years of the Central Government. The exhibition showcased the major achievements of the Central Government over the past 12 years.
The three-day exhibition concluded today and presented these accomplishments to the public.The exhibition highlighted several key initiatives and achievements through display panels, including free medical treatment up to ₹5 lakh for senior citizens above 70 years of age and health coverage for 600 million people under Ayushman Bharat; the development of grand religious sites; the renaming of Rajpath to Kartavya Path as part of shedding the colonial mindset; improved rail, road and air connectivity in the North East; promotion of startups; the emergence of talented sportspersons from every corner of the country; enhanced security, dignity and convenience for citizens; efforts to combat malnutrition; free monthly ration for 810 million people; the Jal Jeevan Mission bringing tap water to every household; the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme; the PM Surya Ghar Yojana; growth in business through collateral-free loans; easier access to benefits through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT); balanced development with environmental conservation; India's rapid progress in green energy; simplified digital transactions through UPI; and the country's accelerated pace of development.
On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta, Superintendent of Police Gaurav Rajpurohit, BJP District President Advocate Ranveer Singh Dhaka, State Secretary Mrs. Renu Dabla, Advocate Mrs. Anita Budhwar, District Information and Public Relations Officer Sanjeev Saini, along with other concerned officials and party office-bearers, were also present.
