Chief Minister Announces Medical Facility for Driving Licence Applicants in Siwani

Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini on Wednesday announced a number of development projects for the Loharu Assembly Constituency during the Khadi Rozgar Utsav programme held in Siwani, Bhiwani district. The announcements were made in response to demands raised by former minister Sh. J.P. Dalal.
The Chief Minister announced the implementation of the Jagmag Yojana in the villages of Gurera, Kikral, Naloi, Devsar, Dhani Ramjas, Dhani Kishanlal and Dhani Mitthi at a cost of Rs. 3.28 crore.He further announced the construction of a Community Centre in Loharu town at a cost of Rs. 6.85 crore.
A Multipurpose Hall will also be constructed at the Government College, Siwani, with an expenditure of Rs. 1.50 crore. Sh. Saini said that the Mandholi Distributary, Shaharyarpur and Kharkari Minor under the Siwani Irrigation Division will be remodelled at a cost of Rs. 4 crore.
Similarly, Rs. 8.06 crore will be spent on the remodelling of Kasni, Jhanjhda, Behal, Patwan, Soura and Bardu Chaina Minors under the Loharu Irrigation Division. The Chief Minister also announced the introduction of a medical examination facility in Siwani for applicants seeking driving licences.
He further announced the construction of an overbridge on the Kikral Road Highway Bypass in Siwani.He stated that post-mortem facilities would be started at the Siwani Civil Hospital at a cost of Rs. 4 crore. Additionally, a new bus stand will be constructed in Behal at a cost of Rs. 12.22 crore.
Sh. Nayab Singh Saini also announced the construction of a new building for the Siwani Municipal Committee.To strengthen the road infrastructure in the Loharu Assembly Constituency, repair works will be undertaken on 120 roads covering 391.25 kilometres under the Public Works Department and Roads Department.
Roads spanning 141.68 kilometres under the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board will also be repaired.The Chief Minister further announced that 25 kilometres of agricultural pathways in the Loharu Assembly Constituency would be paved.
Responding to former minister Sh. J.P. Dalal’s demands to grant sub-divisional status to Behal and to include Siwani in Hisar district, the Chief Minister said that appropriate action on these matters would be considered in the coming period.
