DC Mohammad Alyas Khan reviews Census-2027 House Listing Operations

Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mohammad Alyas Khan, also the Principal Census Officer, today chaired a review meeting to assess the progress of House Listing Operations (HLO) under Phase-I of Census-2027 across the district.

Among those present were District Census Officer (Additional Deputy Commissioner) Varunjeet Singh Charak, Additional District Census Officer Ashfaq-ur-Rehman and all Charge Census Officers through virtual mode. The Principal Census Officer reviewed progress across various House Listing Blocks and evaluated the quality of field-level enumeration work.

He directed all Charge Census Officers to complete House Listing Operations within the stipulated timeframe, ensure effective coordination among Charge Officers, Supervisors and Enumerators and undertake regular field inspections to maintain data quality and adherence to prescribed guidelines.
