Haryana Minister of State for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Sh. Rajesh Nagar on Monday inaugurated development projects worth approximately Rs 3.73 crore in Mawai village of Faridabad district, aimed at strengthening public infrastructure and enhancing community facilities in the area.
Addressing the gathering, Sh. Rajesh Nagar said that under the leadership of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the Haryana Government is committed to ensuring balanced and inclusive development across the state. He said development is not merely about creating physical infrastructure but also about improving the quality of life of citizens and strengthening basic public amenities.
The Minister said that several long-pending demands of local residents are being fulfilled through these projects. He said that upon completion, these projects would provide improved civic amenities and give fresh momentum to the overall development of the area.
He directed officers concerned to ensure that all works are completed within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining the highest standards of quality so that residents can benefit from the facilities at the earliest. Highlighting the role of senior citizens in society, the Minister said they are a valuable source of guidance, experience and cultural values. He said that commencing the projects through village elders was a gesture of respect and gratitude towards their lifelong contribution to the community.
Reiterating the government's commitment to public welfare, Sh. Rajesh Nagar assured residents that development would continue in accordance with public needs and that new projects would be taken up on priority to ensure that the benefits of progress reach every section of society.
