Public Service is Our Commitment ; Resolving Citizens’ Issues is the Government’s Priority says Ranbir Gangwa

Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister Sh. Ranbir Gangwa on Friday listened to the grievances and public-interest demands of citizens from various areas in Hisar. A large number of people presented their concerns and development-related suggestions before him.

Cabinet Minister Sh. Ranbir Gangwa directed officials to ensure prompt, transparent, and effective resolution of matters concerning the public. He said that any negligence in addressing citizens’ issues would not be tolerated. 

Several cases were resolved on the spot, while necessary directions were issued to concerned departmental officials for the early disposal of the remaining matters. The Cabinet Minister stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the state government is working with public welfare as its highest priority. 

The government’s objective is to ensure that the benefits of development schemes reach every citizen and that their grievances are resolved in a timely manner. He further said that meeting public expectations, listening to their concerns, and continuously working for the overall development of the region remain his priorities. 

Upholding the trust reposed in him by the people, he will continue to work relentlessly for regional development and the resolution of citizens’ problems. Officials from various departments and distinguished citizens were also present on the occasion.
