Inauguration of Road Construction Work from Chann Protian to Shamshan Ghat at a ₹1.71 Crore

MLA Ramgarh and former Minister for Health and Medical Education, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, today inaugurated the construction work of the Link Road from Chann Protian to Shamshan Ghat under the NABARD scheme. The project, being executed at an estimated cost of ₹1.71 crore, is aimed at improving road connectivity and facilitating smoother transportation for the residents of the area.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Manyal emphasized that strengthening rural infrastructure remains a key priority for the government. He stated that improved road networks not only enhance connectivity but also contribute significantly to economic growth, social development, and better access to essential services.

He said that the road project would benefit thousands of residents by ensuring safer and more convenient movement. MLA Dr Manyal reiterated his commitment to the overall development of the Ramgarh constituency and assured the public that developmental works would continue to be undertaken to address the needs and aspirations of the people.

He highlighted that infrastructure development forms the backbone of progress and plays a crucial role in improving the quality of life in rural areas. Among those present on the occasion were XEN PWD (R&B) Samba Rakesh Sharma, AEE Vikas Bhardwaj, former BDC Chairman Radhey Shyam, Ranjit Singh, Sanju, Sunil, Shakti, Sunil Kumar, Subash Ji, Rinku, Darbari Lal, and other prominent citizens and local residents.

The local residents welcomed the commencement of the project and expressed gratitude to Dr. Manyal for prioritizing developmental initiatives and addressing long-pending infrastructure requirements in the region.
