Indian Air Force week long Information warfare awareness workshop begins in Udhampur

Information Warfare (IW) awareness workshop today conducted at Air Force station Udhampur by Indian Air force Udhampur. The warfare camp will conclude on 29th of September.SSP Vigilance M. Y. Kichloo was the special guest in the inaugural ceremony.For a week long awareness workshop major activities will be conducted are: Series of events and competition, Poster and Slogan competition for School children, Poster and Slogan competition for Air Warriors, Quiz competition for Air Warriors and awareness regarding cyber security.According to a statement issued to KNS SSP Vigilance M. Y. Kichloo in the inaugural ceremony delivered a lecture on Cyber Security. In his lecture Mr Kichloo said I am indeed happy to participate in the inauguration of the warfare awareness and he deliberated on various aspects of cyber security.

Yasin Kichloo said country like India should immediately set up a national cyber security which will prevent sabotage, espionage and other forms of attack that could hurt the country.“The architecture of National cyber security should be like to Protect critical information infrastructure and other networks, should involve monitoring, certification and assurance of India's networks by designated agencies and bodies in accordance with the law,” Yasin Kichloo said.

M. Y. Kichloo lecture was appreciated by station commander IAF and CEO IAF. He was also presented with a momento as a token of love and look forward for his cooperation.The various stalls like I Ball, Logitech and India Computer Care are also installed in the lawn to create awareness and make familiar with IT gazettes for day to day use in the life for all Air Warrior and their families.During the inauguration function of the IW awareness workshop, the AOC addressed the gatherings and thanked all for making the inaugural function successful.
