Ensuring time-bound and transparent resolution of every public issue is the utmost priority of the government says Mahipal Dhanda

Haryana Education Minister, Sh. Mahipal Dhanda on Saturday said while hearing public grievances  in Panipat on Saturday said that the main objective of the government is to ensure time-bound and transparent resolution of every public issue.

He said that most people coming to the public hearing bring their personal problems, but the government is committed to treating every issue seriously and ensuring its resolution.The Cabinet Minister clearly said that whether the issue is personal or collective, the government stands with every citizen. 

Our priority is to ensure that no person remains troubled and no one has to wander for their rights, he said while directing the officers  to ensure that all complaints should be resolved promptly and no negligence at any level will be tolerated.

He further said that the public hearing programme is an effective medium to establish direct communication between the government and the people, which helps in understanding grassroots issues and enables their speedy resolution.Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Dr. Pankaj  and others also remained present on this occasion.
